The Kingdom: Poems for Ordinary Time
By Hannah Eagleson
This riot of lilies and sparrows,
Of pearls and trees and
Fields and fishermen,
This topsy turvy jumble
Where mountains skip with joy
And children lead with a
This, the Kingdom
Uproots us from our desks,
Blows in and scatters
And sets us dancing.
