PROFESSOR OR ADJUNCT PROFESSOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
Job Description
Sattler College (located in Boston, MA) is hiring a professor or adjunct professor in computer science. Because we are a new institution that aspires to revolutionize higher education (see our website), the ideal candidate would lead the computer science major and teach a variety of courses in the discipline and allied fields (particularly in mathematics). The individual would be able to design much of the major in collaboration with the faculty and board.
We are looking for a faculty member who inspires students, teaches well, and cares about the personal development of our students. Faculty who have this role should have a strong quantitative background in computer science or a related discipline. The applicant must have a Master’s degree or higher, though a doctoral degree is preferred. This is a full or part-time role and commences in the spring of 2019.
