Last Chance to Give to ESN in 2016

December 29, 2016 by ESN Announce No Comments

gift photoGive to ESN and double your gift! Generous donors have offered a matching grant of $6000 for the Emerging Scholars Network (ESN).

“ESN has been such an encouragement to me. ESN and the blog have given me the opportunity to showcase my love for writing, and I feel honored that I can encourage and bless others through my writing.” — Kateri B. Collins

When you give to ESN, you’re providing the chance for emerging scholars like Kateri to hone their talents as they prepare to serve the church and the world through their gifts. You’re also providing material that helps emerging scholars discern their callings and navigate the practical aspects of following Christ in the academy. The church needs thoughtful scholars who are willing to engage with the wider public, and we’re thrilled to be a small part of supporting those scholars and sharing their work.

If you’ve given already, we are so grateful. If you support or encourage ESN in any way, from sharing an article on Facebook to praying for us to sharing your own writing, we are deeply thankful. If ESN is something you value, would you consider a year end financial gift?

ESN Announce

The Emerging Scholars Network is always seeking opportunities to identify, encourage, and equip the next generation of Christian scholars to be a redeeming influence in the academy, church, and the world. As you have an announcement, a "call for papers", an event, a prayer request (e.g., campus, field, higher ed), a resource suggestion, a review, etc., which is in concord with our Kingdom of God endeavor, please send materials (marketing/sales material not accepted) for consideration to post via email or the ESN Writer Survey. Thank-you. To God be the glory!

About Us

The Emerging Scholars Network (ESN) is a national network within InterVarsity’s Graduate & Faculty Ministries which supports those on the academic pathway as they work out how their academic vocation serves God and others. We encourage and equip undergraduates, graduate students, postdocs, and early career faculty as they navigate each stage of their academic vocation and transition to the next step in or beyond the academy.
